Refund criterias:
- First of all you must understand what you are purchasing including price, location on the website and the number of advertisements sold on that particular zone, how the advertisements rotates and any issue regarding non understanding of above shall not result in refund.
- We will consider refund on case by case basis provided your request meets the following crireria:
- That you have purchased two advertisements in the same advertisement zone by accident or
- That the publisher had changed the location of the advertisement on his website during your purchase.
- If you wish to request a refund, notify us within 24 hours of your investment.
- Refunds will be primarily applied only to the original payment source.
- MDA reserves the right to reverse any transaction in the case of an error caused by MDA.
How to request consideration for a refund
It is simple; send an email to refund@mydreamads.com with the following details:
- Ad ID#.
- Subscription ID#.
- The email address on your account.
- Why you would like us to consider a refund.
